BROWARD COUNTY WATERWAY CLEANUP
Informa US Boat Shows proudly sponsors the Broward County Waterway Cleanup, a vital environmental initiative organized annually by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF). This significant event, taking place each March, brings together over 1,100 volunteers and 200 boats to remove more than 20 tons of trash and debris from 38 waterway sites across Broward County. MIASF, which owns the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, has been organizing this crucial cleanup since the late 1970s to ensure our local waterways remain pristine for both the community and marine industry. By supporting this initiative, Informa US Boat Shows demonstrates our dedication to protecting the very waters that sustain our industry and the boating lifestyle we celebrate.
